With the help of our amazing volunteers and the monthly profits from the WCSC Thrift Shop, the WCSC awards Grants to officially sanctioned organizations to support educational, charitable, and social projects, and activities that benefit the local military community, as well as, regional, national and international organizations. We proudly share that the WCSC Grants Committee gave more than $135,000 in 2024-2025 to our community.
Who Can Apply:
The Wiesbaden Community Spouses’ Club provides grants to organizations supporting our local community. This includes, but is not limited to, groups within the high school, middle school, and elementary schools, independent sports teams, church groups, scout troops, and Garrison-approved organizations. The organization must have a verifiable mission or project supporting educational, charitable, or social projects. Eligibility extends to regional, national and international organizations that also fit the above criteria. Such organizations must be officially sanctioned or registered organizations through Garrison, DODEA school, church, and/or otherwise operating in an official capacity.
Important Note for Military Units:
Appropriated and Non-Appropriated Funds organizations are NOT allowed to solicit donations according to AR 215-1. We encourage all military units to explore and pursue Garrison-approved PO status for their respective booster/fundraising clubs in order to be eligible for grants. Please use this link to learn more about private organization requirements, and feel free to contact Rachel Bianculli, the Garrison's Private Organization Liaison, for assistance.
If your event is open to the entire community please consider reaching out to our Community Outreach Chair at communityoutreach@wiesbadenspousesclub.com for potential support prior to submitting a grant request.
