If the requested date/time is available, the reservation will be placed on a temporary hold for up to 72 hours from the time of the confirmation email.
The Reservation Holder must confirm within that timeframe to secure the reservation. Failure to confirm may result in release of the hold.
The Pavilion may be reserved independently for private events. When reserved, the Reservation Holder has priority use of the space during the approved time.
Reservation of the Indoor Event Space does not include or guarantee use of the Outdoor Pavilion.
Outdoor Pavilion reservations DO NOT include access to Clubhouse interior spaces, including restrooms.
Event organizers are responsible for communicating this to all attendees in advance.
If alcohol is present during the event, the Requestor / Point of Contact (POC) assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden regulations.
This includes enforcement of legal drinking age requirements, regardless of attendee nationality.
Remove all trash and dispose of it properly.
Wipe down tables and surfaces.
Sweep floors as needed.
Remove all personal property and decorations.
All fundraising activities must comply with USAG Wiesbaden policies and approved procedures.
Unauthorized sales or exchange of funds may not be conducted on the premises.
The Requestor / POC is financially responsible for any damage to the facility, furnishings, or equipment that occurs during the event.
This includes damage caused by attendees, vendors, or guests.
Use of the Outdoor Pavilion constitutes a release of liability between the Requestor (including all event attendees) and the Wiesbaden Community Spouses’ Club, Inc.
All parties agree to release and hold harmless the Wiesbaden Community Spouses’ Club, Inc., its board members, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from use of the space.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in restriction of future space use and/or escalation as appropriate.
